The products listed on the site are all from local businesses from cities across Canada and the USA. Our goal is to encourage people to shop locally and support our small business communities.
Are you selling my products?
No, SokoLocal does not sell your products or take transactions. Similar to Google, we are a product search engine that displays products in results and sends shoppers directly to your site to complete a purchase. We do not take commission or charge service fees.
How did I get listed on SokoLocal?
Again, like Google, we index and catalogue your products. If you’re listed on SokoLocal that means that your site was compatible with our search engine. For more information, click here.

Who created SokoLocal?
SokoLocal was created by MQLabs– a tech company from Calgary that creates digital products for companies all over the world. When the pandemic hit, we began thinking about how to make things better for local businesses and SokoLocal was born.
